Happy running BFF day! On this episode, we celebrate the happiness that is a running bestie and who better to do that with than the amazing duo of Lisa Sun and Joyce Law. Joyce and Lisa met online and went on to become sole mates and key members of the Ontario run crew We Run North York (Joyce is the co-leader).
